Please use a cell phone number when booking an appointment. A confirmation text message will immediately be sent upon booking. If you did not receive a text within a minute of booking, the booking was not completed.
Be sure to click "schedule booking" on the page after you fill out your information. Your booking is not complete until you click the "schedule booking" button.
