We’re a small team of 10 and right now it's myself (VP of Client Services) and our CEO, Chris, who manage our marquee Enterprise customers throughout the sales and implementation process. Currently, all sales are inbound and have not engaged in outbound, though it is something that we hope to do in the future.

We are looking for a high-speed, polished team player with a strong work ethic. The Account Manager will be responsible handling the most important client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the Account Manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. You must be a self starter with excellent anticipation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail, excellent organization, and follow-up skills are a must.
