With Waitwhile (waitwhile.com) we’re on a mission to eliminate the 40 Billion hours that people spend waiting in lines every year - at the DMV, brunch, post office, at Disneyland, event venues… you name it. This has become enormously important during COVID-19 and we are now helping thousands of organizations, large and small, to maintain social distance with technology.

Waitwhile is a cloud-based queue management app with super powers that keep the guest informed about their place in line so they can go do something more fun while waiting. We're growing dramatically and the product is used by IKEA, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany’s, Stanford Hospital, Lululemon, Mercedes-Benz along with 7000+ small and mid-size companies. We’re a small team of 10 and right now it's myself (VP of Client Services) and our CEO, Chris, who manage our marquee Enterprise customers throughout the sales and implementation process. Currently, all sales are inbound and have not engaged in outbound, though it is something that we hope to do in the future.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a passionate, driven and competitive Enterprise Sales Executive to hunt, field and close new business opportunities. This role will grow revenue by effectively managing and continuously feeding a sales pipeline/funnel of potential customers and identifying target customers for new sales. The Sales Executive must be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction, take a consultative approach to understanding customer’s needs, and be able to effectively demonstrate our products capabilities and benefits.

You must be a self starter with excellent anticipation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail, excellent organization, and follow-up skills are a must.

What you will be doing

  1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  2. Managing customer database and pipeline activity; participate in sales forecasting
  3. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  4. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  5. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
  6. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  7. Staying informed about competing products and services
  8. Upselling products and services
  9. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  10. Aggressively work the pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas

What you should have

  1. 4 -5 years in inside or outside sales experience
  2. BA/BS Degree Required
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  4. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  5. Self-motivated and self-directed
  6. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  7. Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and solve problems independently
  8. Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting goals
