The store coordinators reserve the right to decline your shop at any time if the store policy has been breached.

Items purchased at the internal store are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.

Items purchased at the internal store can not be re-sold by any means as per Lululemon's employee discount policy

Please be on time — late arrivals will still be able to shop, however will not have the full available time to do so.

Please bring your Lululemon Access Card to your Shop - We are unable to allow a shop without your Lululemon badge. If you have lost your ID, cancel your slot until it is found or a new one is provided to you. Your ID includes the photo identification badge and the access card. Using a friends badge is strictly prohibited.

Please bring your own shopping Bag. You may NOT use backpacks or duffle bags as your shopping bag. NO BAG, NO SHOP. We will provide you with clear shopping totes to use while you are in store - please only purchase what will fit in your shopping bags. When shop is over, we will help bag your items as you cash out and you must return the clear tote.

Personal items such as purses and backpacks must be left in your vehicle.

Please clock out before your shop. It is at your supervisors discretion to allow or decline your shop based on business needs.

Be aware that the store does NOT carry everything you find in a mainline store; come in with no expectations! The store contains returned items - if it was not returned, we do not have it in the internal store.

Your shop is only for you - you may not bring anyone to your shop. Only employees are allowed to wait outside the DC store 5 minutes prior to shop, then must promptly leave with your items. Your friends are welcome to wait for you in the car, outside, etc.

The store must remain tidy, we reserve the right to end your shop in the event that this is not followed.

There may item limits and/or bonuses; these will be communicated to you upon entrance. The bonuses depend on stock availability.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Debit. You must use one payment card under your name and cannot share your method of payment with other shoppers.
