When signing up, providing your email or phone number is optional. If you choose to provide one or both, you will only be contacted to confirm & remind you of your appointment or spot on the waitlist.
For waitlist customers:
Please ask staff for a ticket number. Your ticket number and initials will appear on the public waitlist, but only your number will be called out.
For booking appointments:
FamilyWorks Customers can shop once per week. If you reserve more than one appointment slot per week, one of your appointments may be cancelled.
