The Virtual Queue is open Monday to Friday from 0700H until 1900H. The Virtual Queue is closed outside of these hours, on all statutory holidays and second Thursdays of every month.

Scheduled appointments are served first. We will assist walk-in customers as capacity permits and may adjust service priorities to help accommodate as many customers as possible.

Wait times vary and service cannot be guaranteed within a specific timeframe.
