I have read, understand, and agree to the following policies to receive service today:

Customer will be removed from the queue if not on-site within the 30 minute arrival window. That window starts when customer is 3rd in line. If removed, customer must rejoin the queue to receive service, no exceptions.
Customer MUST notify Peticured of their arrival by texting "arrived" (when on location only).
The top three customers in the queue are served in order of arrival.
Pets that are damp, wet, excessively dirty, sick or injured will be refused service.
Customer will provide proof of current Rabies vaccination upon request for any pet 5 months and older. Puppies and kittens under 4 months of age are exempt.
If your dog has been treated for heartworm in the last 6 months, you must notify the technician prior to the start of the nail trim.
Some pets may be required to wear a cone while being handled for the safety of our technicians.
Peticured will take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of each pet but there is a minor risk of quicked nails. The use of a grinding tool paired with our expertise significantly minimizes this risk overall. Peticured will notify customer in the event of an incident. Customer acknowledges this risk and holds Peticured harmless.
For successful future nail trims, it is important that the technician complete the nail trim fully while ensuring the health and safety of the pet. If customer requests the nail trim procedure be stopped prior to completion, customer will be charged full price for the service.
Peticured strives to provide full and complete nail trimming services for all pets. In the event that we are unable to complete the nail trim due to the health and safety of the pet, customer will not be charged.
