If you would like to get in line to meet with an Adoption Counselor at PetSmart Green Bay West today, please click the "Join waitlist" button below during our adoption hours.

Here's how it works:

• Once you are on the list, you will receive a link to view your progress in line, as well as text messages indicating when your counselor is ready to meet with you. Please note that wait times can vary, so it's important to keep a close eye on your place in line.
  
• Once you have received a text indicating it's almost your turn, be sure to return to the center right away if you aren't already on-site.
  
• You will receive a final text once your counselor is ready to meet with you -- at that time, you must return within 5 minutes or forfeit your spot in line.
