The Restraining Order Office will be closed Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. The Waitlist is closed for the day. We will reopen the next business day. The Restraining Order Office is opened at the Milwaukee County Courthouse (Room 711) to help file in person. FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED Clinic Hours (Sign-up Hours): Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.—10:45 a.m. and 1:00p.m.—2:30p.m. For those who joins the Waitlist, there is limited filing assistance with an advocate by phone.
