PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TIPS TO HELP WTH YOUR APPOINTMENT
PASSPORT
- If you are making an appointment for a Passport, EACH applicant must have an appointment. For example, if you have 5 people in your family, each individual person must have an appointment.
- PAYMENT FOR PASSPORTS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A CASHIERS CHECK, PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. If you do not have the correct form of payment you will have to make another appointment.
- Please have your paperwork ready and filled out (in black ink), but not signed when you arrive for your appointment.
- You MUST have a Passport Picture for your application. You can bring your own with you or photography services are available at our location for an additional $20.00.
