Waitwhile ranks #1 in ease of use on G2

Choosing the right software is hard, but using it should be easy. At Waitwhile, we’ve always believed software should feel intuitive from day one so teams can focus on what matters, not on figuring out how things work.

That’s why we’re proud to be recognized by G2 as the easiest-to-use platform in both the Queue Management and Online Appointment Scheduling categories in their Spring 2025 reports.

In a space with over 50 queue management tools and 350 appointment scheduling products, this recognition means a lot because it comes from the people who matter most: our customers. These rankings are based on real customer reviews and they speak directly to what we care about most, which is creating a product that solves real-world problems while being something that people actually enjoy using.

How we got here

These rankings are especially meaningful because of where we started. Behind them is a longer story of focus and dedication.

  • Queue Management: We helped build this category from scratch with G2 in 2022. It started with six tools, it now features over 50. We've worked hard to maintain the #1 spot as the field has grown.
  • Appointment Scheduling: This is a mature, crowded category. We started in 2022 ranked #21. Today, we’ve climbed to #6 overall out of 350+ players while still holding the #1 spot in ease of use. A big leap in a short time.

When customers choose Waitwhile, they’re often replacing clunky or rigid systems. And most Enterprise software often comes with a steep learning curve, but that’s not the Waitwhile way.
