Towards the new Waitwhile product interface

At Waitwhile we're always striving to make our product faster, simpler and more delightful to use -  so that your business can create better waiting and scheduling experiences for your customers!

Over the coming months, we'll be upgrading the Waitwhile interface in the spirit of simplicity and delightfulness. Today, we're releasing the first few changes.

New font, icons and better readability

We've done some general clean up of the interface to make it more legible with a new font and better iconography.

New Locations overview menu

When you click the top left icon, we'll now show you the new Location overview where you can see all your locations at a glance with key information.

Here is also where you now manage your locations - add new ones, edit, deactivate or delete current ones. Simple!

Mobile quick menu

It's now easier to quickly toggle between your Waitlist, Serving and Booking page on mobile - with our new bottom quick menu.

Manage your customer info settings in one place

We've created a dedicated Customer Info section to manage what information about your customers you want to collect when they join your waitlist or schedule a booking. These settings were previously spread out across the settings section and now it's all in one simple place!

Here you can toggle on and off the basic fields, like Name, Phone and Email but you can also add your own custom fields.
